Cozy enough to chase away any chill, Owl Glass is a relaxed cocoon cardigan made with an addictive interlaced stripe stitch. Designed with a special variegated quarter-dyed colorway typically used in assigned pooling paired with a contrasting tonal companion, Owl Glass is an exploration in organic pooling. The accent color of the quarter-dyed skein stacks up in patterns as the yarn is knit to create striations of color in the body and border, while the contrasting tonal creates strong perpendicular grain lines.
Owl Glass starts as a simple rectangle knit from the bottom up. Sleeves and side panels are then added before folding and making two simple seams to form a slouchy cardigan.
