The pattern is written for Self Striping Nimbus Trailing Clouds yarn, which is a lightweight sock yarn. If substituting, it will work only for self striping yarn of between 4 and 7 row stripes. Swatch in the round and correct sock size.

Adjust the needle size to obtain gauge in stitch pattern.

The socks are knitted cuff down. The toe is a modified star toe, “Perfect Circle Toe”, designed by The Purling Cat. The heel is “Perfect Circle Heel” a modified star afterthought heel also designed by The Purling Cat.

Socks are identical.
This pattern is written for low mid-calf socks. The height can be easily adjusted by adding additional rounds to the patterned part of the leg.

“Oxford Circus” socks are only available in the “Addicted to Sock Knitting” eZine for Fall (Autumn) 2015.
