Young Ga Vinci was painting and he splashed paint all over himself. That is how he got his spots. He loves to play and wants to come make a mess with you.

His Arms, Legs, and Tail are knit in the round and then joined as you knit his body. The Head is knit in the round and the body is joined as you go. The Hat is knit separate and sewn onto the head.

NOTE: a Graph for the spots is included at the bottom of the pattern, BUT I did not like how the graph printout turned out. So I also included in the purchase a separate PDF file for just the spots graph. Be sure to download BOTH files)

NOTE: This is NOT a beginner level pattern and there are not instructions included on how to knit two colors in the round.

You will need to know how to:
Knit in the round
Do intarsia or stranded color work in the round
Follow a chart to make the spots (instructions for spots are not written out)
Knit in the front and back of the same stitch
Knit 2 stitches together
