Inspired by the traditional cut paper designs of the Mexican papel picado used to decorate for El Dia de los Muertos (with a few Scandinavian floral motifs thrown in for good measure), this pillow is a simple tube, knit in the round on a circular needle and seamed on the top and bottom. Knitting skills needed are cast on, knit in the round, knit with 2 colors, bind off, and make an i-cord. You will need a 32 inch size 2 US circular needle, and a set of size 2 double pointed needles for the i-cord.

I used Knit Picks Palette Raspberry Heather, Semolina, and Whirlpool.

I never can decide between offering patterns on ravelry or etsy, this one is available on both, etsy has the full range of my patterns available, along with some finished objects.
