This is a vintage inspired children’s cardigan. It is made in one piece from the bottom up with a beautiful texture pattern all over. I drew my inspiration from spring bulb Muscari botryoides in Swedish Pärlhyacint and the beautiful stacking of the buds to create this texture. As my favourite era when it comes to fashion is the 1940’s to the 1960’s, it’s no wonder that the finished cardigan fits in quite well in that period, depending of you yarn choice.
