This is an Infinity scarf or cowl. It can be made shorter for one loop around your neck or longer so that it can be wrapped around twice, left to hang long or even draped artfully around your shoulders as shown. It is decorated with a large flower, you can use the one shown, your own favourite flower pattern or simply leave it without.
It is lovely soft and snuggly, great for all those winter evenings where you are looking for something to wrap yourself up in while still looking pretty.

I made mine in Moda Vera Chantilly yarn which is a wonderful soft yarn with lots of drape. It is said here on Ravelry that this is a bulky yarn but it crocheted up like a worsted weight and my testers used worsted weight to successfully make this.

Pastel Confection has been tested by the wonderful testers in the Happy Hookers Hangout.

This pattern has been tech edited by the wonderful (and patient) boricuacrochet who can be found here on Ravelry if you are in need of a tech editor.
