Patagium is a modest, yet elegant, crescent-shaped wrap with a chevron lace border. The top edge curves up slightly at the center back for added warmth. Patagium may be worn casually as a scarf or draped over the shoulders as a shawl.

Finished Measurements: 21” x 88” (53 cm x 223 cm)

Yarn: Neighborhood Fiber Co. Studio Sport 355 yd/155g skein; color: Truxton Circle, 2 skeins

Gauge: 15 sts = 4”/10cm in garter stitch and 16 sts = 4”/10 cm in stockinette stitch. Gauge is not critical for this project, but will affect the finished size and yardage.

Needles: US #9/5.5 mm 32” - 40”

Size 9 needles are used to obtain a soft, airy drape.
