The Depot Arsaga’s is a magnificent local coffee shop/creperie with a wide patio overlooking one of Fayetteville’s trails. The sky overhead, the brickwork and rusty metal of railroad tracks and nearby old buildings, the raised herb beds and the towering trees, the ding of a ready order and the local musicians who gather to play - inspiration comes from these!

The stitch pattern breaks up the pooling tendencies of hand dyed yarn and a relatively short repeat means that you can customize the size easily, and the center-out construction allows you to use any gauge, making this a great stash-busting project.

This is pattern #7 in the Local Flavor collection. The designs in this collection were inspired by the town I live in and love. Photos are shot around town, and supplies, props, and additional garments are also local (to the best of my ability).
