Peace and Hoppiness is an elongated triangle shawl inspired by my love for craft beer! Simple stitches create texture and color balance with unique striping and incredible drape. Fun repeats of 4 stitches or less and a middle color change make this an easy and exciting design you can knit while visiting your favorite brewery!

• Techniques: knit, purl, kfb, cdd, slipped stitches, k2tog, p2tog, and I-cord Bind Off (directions included)
• -The pattern comes with written directions and charts for the textured sections.
Materials

Yarn: 2 contrasting fingering weight yarns 400 yards each.

I used: Emma’s Yarn Super Silky (80% Superwash Merino/20% silk, 400yards/100grams)

Main Color (MC): Nailed it - 400 yards (grey color) Coordinating Color (CC): Wish You Were Beer – 375 yards (camel color)

Needles: US 4/3.5mm & 6/4mm for bind off

Notions: Stitch Marker (optional), T-pins and blocking wires for blocking

Gauge: 22 sts = 4 inches in garter after blocking. Although gauge is not crucial for this project, it will affect the finished size and yarn requirements. A looser gauge will result in the use of more yarn.

Finished Size: 70” x 24” after blocking
