Peacock Feather Scarf
This easy lace pattern creates a delicate peacock feather motif that is perfect for a light and soft scarf! The finished scarf measures about 5” x 48” and is a supple, elegant wear.
The sample shown is made out of “Mosco” yarn, manufactured by Schulana. This light weight yarn is made of 67% Rayon / 20% Mohair / 13% Viscose and has 137 yards in every 25 gram ball. To complete this scarf to the finished size you will need approximately 375 yards (3 balls) of this soft yarn.
Skill Level: Intermediate
Needles: The needles used with this yarn are US 7 (4.5mm) straights, to obtain a gauge of 26 stitches over 4 inches in the lace pattern. If you use a different yarn, you should use a needle 1 or 2 sizes larger than the manufactures recommendation.
