This is a top down crochet crescent-shaped wrap design, beginning with a long starting chain. There are directions for two sizes (using two different yarn weights) and hints for resizing, if you want a different size or want to use a different weight of yarn.

You can wear this either as a wrap, a scarf, or a shawlette.

Pattern uses single and double crochet, double crochet clusters, and picots.

Yarn used:
o Small Sample: Lion Brand LB 1878, 100% fingering weight wool, 2045 yards, 500 grams (580 yards / 141 grams were used), size J (6.0 mm) crochet hook (shown in light blue)

OR

o Large Sample: Knit Picks Swish DK, 100% superwash wool, 123 yards, 50 grams, 4 skeins (420 yards / 169 grams were used), size K (6.5 mm) crochet hook (shown in maroon)

Samples measure:
o Small Sample (Fingering): Preblocked: 9” deep by 65” across (23 cm by 165 cm). After blocking, shawlette measures 12” deep by 70” across (30 cm by 178 cm).
o Large Sample (DK): Preblocked: 7.75” deep by 60” across (20 cm by 152 cm). After blocking, shawlette measures 12” deep by 72” across (30 cm by 183 cm).
