The fourth and last shawl of New Lines, a collection inspired by Art Nouveau. The full collection can be purchased at a discounted price.

The peacock became an almost universal symbol of the Art Nouveau movement. With its striking colors and flamboyant tail, the peacock was stylized onto everything from jewelry and dresses to vases and book plates. This top-down shawl, with its dramatic curving edges, pays homage to the peacock tail with a center panel of “eyes” and a sweeping border of “feathers”.

Skill level: Intermediate. Written instructions are provided for all charts.
