Pearl Cottage Cowl is knit flat and on the bias. Once the knitting is complete, it is blocked and then sewn into a tube with a short seam at the back neck.

The cowl features a garter stitch body ending with a texture band and a lace border.

This cowl is a one-size fits all accessory.

This pattern contains both charts and written instructions to the charts.

The first sample shown was knit using 1 skein of Malabrigo Mechita, in the colorway Pearl.

Yardage required: approximately 300 m / 325 yd of fingering weight wool.

The sizing for this cowl is one size fits all. Adjustments are not possible without re-working all stitch/row counts, but I think you will find the finished cowl to be a good overall universal size.

Please check gauge carefully to ensure a good fit.

Neck Circumference after blocking: 20 inch / 51 cm

Total length at front after blocking: 20 inch / 51 cm
