I have several bandana cowl patterns in my pattern sketch books and am excited to get this one out into the world.

I named it the Pebble Beach Bandana Cowl after the rocky beaches I find on the shores of Lake Superior. This cowl is the sister cowl to the Basalt Bandana Cowl. While the Basalt cowl offers a smooth look, the Pebble Beach cowl has some texture and offers knitters less purling throughout the first part of the pattern.

I absolutely love how this cowl fits - it is just the right size for warmth in the fall and winter without the heft of a larger or longer scarf.

The Pebble Beach Bandana Cowl pattern comes with instructions to make a quick and simple neck warmer with less than one skein of super bulky yarn.

The pattern is written for one size, average adult.

The cowl is knit flat and in the round from the bottom up.
