Pattern works up quickly using 2 strands of worsted weight yarn throughout. Chunky yarn could also be used in place of double worsted weight yarn.

The ends of the scarf are the inverse of the body pattern. If you like you can work the whole scarf in one stitch. The changing of the stitch on the ends adds a little something extra.
