The cowl is knitted in the round using an intricate-looking stitch pattern, which is nevertheless easy to work. The peephole pattern is created with simple yarn overs and knit decreases and looks way more difficult than it is to knit. The small repeat of only 8 stitches makes the cowl easy to adjust to your preferred size.
