Kathryn Alexander spins laceweight energised singles to knit triangles in 30 different colours. The tiers of triangles are joined with garterstitch bands to make a brightly coloured folksy garment full of swoop and swirl.

She uses S spun yarn and Z spun yarn to get the triangles to balance each other out … neat effect, and surely a challenge for a spinner.
