Pennywise is a hat that is knit in the round using fingering weight held double. You can also use a DK weight yarn. This pattern calls for a crochet hook for one of the elements in the design. This isn’t a difficult pattern but one that will challenge a beginning/intermediate knitter to expand their skills!
