Is this the final or the Penultimate? The Penultimate Beanie stitches are filled with textures you just can’t get enough of. It begins with a special contrasting cast on. The brim expands into a multi-colored slip stitch band that only uses one color yarn per round. The body is worked in squishy warm garter stitch that is interrupted with offset vertical lines. The textures just keep coming. It finishes in the classic way or with a cute little I-cord knot topper. I hope you enjoy these stitches so much that this will be your Penultimate or next to last one. Just one more. They are great for gifting.

Complete the set with Penultimate Mittens.
