Puffins are awkward on land and elegant in the water - this is why I love them so much. In this pattern I have captured the cute awkward side with the Puffin’s chubby belly and little wings.

This pattern is available for free on my blog. For an ad-free version, you can buy the PDF.

Pattern Information

The Puffin’s beak, cheeks, head, back and belly are worked in one piece and then sewn up. The wings, feet and tail are each made up of two identical knitted pieces sewn together and then sewn onto the Puffin’s body. The pattern starts at the beak, which is made in two pieces that are then joined together to form the front of the face.
