This is Cable Scarf #1 in my series of cable scarves.

Red scarf shown uses 5 balls of Elann Highland Silk DK weight yarn, about 610 yds or 560 m. Color is Ruby. The purple scarf is also Highland Silk, in Dusky Lavender color.
