I adore poncho’s, they are so easy to make and effortless to wear. There is nothing nicer than popping one on on a cool Summer’s Eve or just when the office air conditioning gets a little too brisk.

This poncho is knit from the top down, using 4 different coordinating skeins of hand dyed sock yarn. They blend from one colour to the next by alternating rows. There is a pretty eyelet pattern to break up the blocks and it is a simple knit that is perfect for travelling or watching television.

It is knit with a 3.5mm circular needle in the round.

Enjoy!
