Peter the duck
Tell me a story:
Peter is an English duck, his variety was created in 1901 by Miss Campbell hence his little name.
He can be white or khaki. Peter is elegant, all in length, he wears a cap and a scarf, to protect him from
the cold wind. Peter mesures 8,6’. For this example I used a Gründl Cotton Quick uni yarn.
Necessary materials US terms:
- Size H/4 hook for the body.
- Small amounts of cotton/5ply yarn in the following colors:
- red, white and light blue for the body
- dark blue for the cap and scarf
- yellow for the beak
- 2 safety eyes (0.31ʺ) or black yarn for embroidery.
- Polyfil/stuffing.
- Stitch marker.
- A pair of scissors.
- Tapestry needle.
- Pins.
