Petite Lillian Lucy, like the big sister version, is a girly cardigan with ruffles at the bottom, on the yoke and at the edge of the sleeves. It is worked from bottom up on circular needles. Sleeves are knit in round and joined to the body at the underarm. Body and sleeves are then knit all together. Front Bands are picked up to complete garment. Underarm stitches are grafted together using Kitchener stitch. Purl ridges are made during knitting on the bottom edge, sleeve edge and yoke that will be used to make the ruffles later. Ruffles are then created using single crochet.
