Peysufatapeysa

This pattern is available from icelandicknitter.com for €7.00.

Pattern in English, French and Icelandic.
Modèle en français, anglais et islandais.

The idea for this costume sweater came from the 18th century version of the Icelandic peysufatapeysa, which is, in Margrét Linda Gunnlaugsdóttir’s mind, the truest version of the Icelandic national costume.
