Materials:
Less than 100 grams of fingering weight sock yarn (wool, cotton or bamboo) with 440-460 yards/100 grams. I used 87 grams of cotton sock yarn scraps (Regia, Opal, Meilenweit…) for this jacket (pictured in size M). I recommend machine washable yarns for baby garments.

Sizes:
The pattern is written for size S / 0-3 months and size M / 3-6 months. Instructions for size S are in brackets. It‘s easy to adjust to bigger sizes.

Notes:
The jacket is knitted sideways in garter stitch (Knit Right side and knit Wrong side). You knit the jacket in one piece and then add garter ridges at the bottom.
