This pattern was inspired by the mittens Bella wears in the movie Twilight, in the car accident scene. These are rather long, with a dense palm area to keep fingers very warm. I tried my best to replicate the actual palm stitch pattern of the original ones. I spent quite some time to get the better look for it.
Pattern includes written instructions and charts.
But I don’t think I should sell the pattern, as there might be some copyright issues.

So enjoy this free pattern !

Just so you know, I don’t agree with people asking for money from you to translate it in your language. I offer the pattern for free in english and I am quite unnerved to see that people ask to be paid to translate it. I think there are some nice people here on ravelry who would be willing to do it for free, or to help you doing it.

Also, if you like the look of the horseshoe cables, Nicolle Durkee wrote a pattern for a matching hat using the same cable as a band at the bottom of the hat : First Sight: A Bella Hat. A nice way to knit a whole set for cold winter days !
