Phil’s Blanket

I’ve been happily married to Phil for over 30 years and have never made him a blanket of his own, so this is his blanket.
It took me 18 months to make as I had lots of other projects on the go at the same time, including the births of our 2 grandson’s.

Size
The blanket can be made in 3 different sizes, you can either stop crocheting when you have finished the centre panel or keep adding borders until you have made the size you want.
Lap - the central panel x 43 x 43 inches
Double - central panel plus border stars x 68 x 68 inches
King sized - the whole design x 82 x 82 inches
Each Motif measures approx. 2.5 inches

Yarns used
The blanket is the ultimate scrap blanket, odds and ends left over from other blankets.
Phil’s blanket contains hundreds of different scraps of yarns including the yarn from the following companies ……….
The Natural Dye Studio Fyberspates, John Arbon Textiles, Little Grey Sheep, Drops, Easy Knits, Skein Queen, Knitting Goddess, Cascade, King Cole, Five moons.
The total yarn quantities are listed on each individual size of the blanket.
