This mini skein set isn’t exactly sold as a gradient but I thought it was perfect anyway.

I switched yarns by alternating colors for a few rnds. There was enough left over for a generously sized pompom!

My preferred cast-on for the brim is the tubular method, however if you like, you can use any method you prefer.

Phydeaux Designs & Fiber Mini’s (80% superwash merino, 10% cashmere, 10% nylon; 400 yd 365 m/ 3.5 oz 100 g, 80 yds each skein): leviathan, jojen, mediterraneo, artichaut, country path; one 5-skein set
Needles
Brim: Size 1.5 (2.5 mm); Body: Size 3 (3.25 mm) Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
