Please consider knitting up some PICC Line Covers for those fighting Cystic Fibrosis (and others that need PICC lines). Visit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation http://www.cff.org to find a center near you.

Uses up a small amount of worsted superwash wool and makes such a big difference in someone’s life! Acrylic yarns are fine as well, please avoid cotton as it doesn’t have enough bounce-back to hold the 2X2 ribbing shape well.

PICC Line Covers are handy for people fighting various illnesses and diseases. Lime disease, breast cancer, lukemia, the list goes on and on. If you have someone close to you that’s got something medical, ask if they use a picc line and this may work for them as well!

Pattern has been updated to include directions for knitting in the round as well as knitting flat.
