From the booklet: It’s easy to turn a piece of cardboard into a pretty picture frame by simply adding a length of garter stitch and some knitted flowers. The picture is slotted into a knitted pocket sewn to the back of the frame.

Materials: Cardboard, stuffing

From the website: Would you think it possible to knit a decorated Picture Frame? This sweet flower-trimmed version is worked in garter stitch and measures 14.5cm (5¾in) in diameter. A pocket is included at the back of the frame so that you can change photographs or pictures as often as you like.
