I got inspiration of this sweater from the signature tear-drop of the sad clown Pierrot’s make-up. The sorrowful symbol becomes bold in this original sweater, made large for maximum impact.

Worked from the neck down, the Pierrot pattern is featured at the hem and sleeves and reversed at the yoke.

The collar is picked up after the body and sleeves of the sweater are completed, so cast-on using a provisional cast-on.

※Please choose more lighter yarn for stranded yoke!!
