Sehr geehrte Kunden,

Bitte gedulden Sie sich noch etwas, und nehmen Sie von urheberrechtsverletzenden Handlungen jeglicher Art Abstand! Die Weitergabe bzw. Vielen Dank für Ihr Verständnis.

The pattern contains 21 pages of instructional material accompanied by 75 photos.
Basic crochet skills are a prerequisite.
The pattern is available in English (US terms) and German.
The final size is 4 cm [1.6 inch]

The snout can either be made from polymer clay, or crocheted, and its limbs are reinforced with wire inserts.

To crochet this piggy, you will need:

• Any suitable crochet thread in Piggy Pink (I used “Iris” by Gamma/ Visantia (10 g / 82 m [0.35 oz / 95 m]).
• A little bit of sewing thread or embroidery floss in Black for the eyebrows, and in White for the highlights under the eyes.
• Rip-resistant thread or floss for cinching (such as Iris crochet thread by Kirov Yarn Mills)
• Stuffing (polyester fiberfil).
• Crochet hook 0.75 mm [US steel hook 14].
• Insulated thin wire, 20 cm [8 inches] long.
• Glass toy eyes, diameter 2 mm. (I order them in bulk on Aliexpress.)
• A pea-sized amount of polymer modeling clay for the snout, plus a piece of parchment paper to place it on, and an oven to bake it in.
• Glue gel, “Moment/Pattex” brand super glue, if not using sew-on eyes.
• Sewing needle for sewing parts together, scissors, small pincers.
• Round-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers.
• Dotting tool (with small ballpoint tip) from a nail design or mandala painting set.
• For blushing – oil pastel chalk, and a thin paintbrush with synthetic bristles; if desired, also acrylic paint for decorating the snout.
• Removable stitch marker, bent-open paper clip or waste yarn in a contrasting color to mark the beginning of the round.
