8-11-2014: Correction: First rows after cast on should read: First 3 rows after Cast On: On front needle, knit 1, knit front & back of next stitch (1 increase), knit to 3rd stitch from the end of row, knit front & back of next stitch (1 increase), knit 2. Repeat from on back needle.

These changes were also made to the pattern this date.
