Is it a pilllow? A scarf? A shawl? A hood? With it’s flippy, swirly fringe on one end, this Pillow Scarf does it all. Inspired by the neck-pillows sold for airplane travel, the Pillow Scarf provides fashionable neck support with warmth and flair. A substantial knit, suitable for beginning knitters.

Yarns are used held together for the body of the scarf; the Noro is used alone for the fringe. A single color of worsted to bulky weight yarn and a variety of scrap yarns in different colors would also work well for this pattern. You’ll need about 450 yards for the solid color and 600 yards for the contrasting colors and fringe.
