“Pin it” jacket by Janine Shepherd Designs

I first purchased a jacket/cardigan like this from a well known international clothing store (yes, M&S!). Although I have simplified the construction, the final outcome is pretty similar, I know there are similar patterns available, but I’ve tried to make it really simple. The pattern is intended to be used with my Small, Medium or Large sizing but if you want a larger size I’ve included some additional instruction.
Novice machine knitters are advised to stick to simple stocking stitch to start off, but once you are confident, adapt it!
This could be made in any pattern or stitch, any colour combinations, short row designs, longer, wider, thicker thinner! The only limitation is your own imagination, I hope you have fun, enjoy knitting the garment and maybe learn a little along the way!
