Quick to knit and extra cosy in chunky yarn, this close-fitting beanie keeps you warm on cold days or makes a nice last minute gift. The cables gradually diminish to the top, echoing a pine cone. I designed it to use exactly one ball of Rowan Big Wool, but it will work with any chunky yarn that knits to the correct tension. It fits a small/medium head, but by adjusting your tension it’s easy to make a larger size.
