I love Pine trees and pine cones and made this scarf to commemorate that love. This scarf is warm a will protect your head against harsh weather just as pine trees protect the animals huddled in their branches against the same.

The pattern has both written instructions and charts to follow. It also contains instructions on how to make it a hooded scarf if you want. Contact information is on pattern if you have any problems, feedback or just want to show me how beautiful it looks.

1 pair size 5 US (3.75mm) sharp pointed knitting needles or needle size needed to get the guage.

Tapestry needle for finishing scoodie.

Finished Size: 10 1/2 inches (27 cm) wide by 80 inches (203 cm) long

Working Gauge: 9 stitches = 2 inches (5 cm), 14 rows = 2 inches (5 cm)

Skill Level: Intermediate. This pattern works up fairly quickly once the lace pattern is started. It is made in two halfs and then knitted together using the Kitchener. There are some excellent YouTube tutorials for this stitch for anyone who is not familiar with this stitch.
