Pineapple Ice Cardigan
Pattern Description from Interweave Online Store: “This timeless cardigan is crocheted in one piece, leaving minimal seams to sew. An easy pattern stitch is framed by an exquisite pineapple lace edging. Folded back as a lapel, the edging softens the neckline and waist, and the two fronts overlap as a wrap. Wear the cardigan with your choice of a tie, button, or pin closure.”
Finished Size: 40 (42½, 45½, 48)” bust circumference. Cardigan shown measures 40”.
Yarn: GGH Soft Kid (70% super kid mohair, 25% nylon, 5% wool; 151 yd (138 m)/ 7/8 oz (25 g); CYCA #4 medium): #057 light blue, 12 (13, 14, 15) balls. Yarn distributed by Muench Yarns.
Yarn weight: #4 - Medium
Gauge: 18 sts and 11 rows = 4” in cl sh patt using smaller hook.
Needles: Hooks: Sizes E/4 (3.5 mm) and G/6 (4 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
Notions: Tapestry needle; button or pin (optional as closure).
