Pinwheel Square
by Andee Graves
This afghan square is a celebration of fun spirals. It starts with 4 small spiral squares that are joined together to create a pinwheel shape in the center. The center square is then bordered with some textured rounds.
Each color of arm for the spirals takes approximately 14 yards of yarn, so this square is a great way to use up bits of yarn you have left over from other projects.
It is available for free as a written pattern on my blog.
The PDF available for purchase in my Ravelry Shop includes detailed stitch charts and a photo tutorial on working the spirals.
