There has been some discussion that this hat is too tight for some people. Although it fits me just fine, everyone’s different! A great solution to the body of the hat being tight is to substitute size 13 US 16’ circular needles.

A mistake has been found in Row 1 of the written instructions “body of the hat”. It read (p1, k2, p8, k3) x5, p1 But should read (p1, k3, p8, k3) x5, p1. The charted directions are correct. Sorry for any inconvenience, if you wish to download the pattern again it has been corrected and re-uploaded to my blog. Thanks! These changes were made on September 23rd, 2011 so if you downloaded it previous to this date you will need the updated pattern
