The scarf is knitted on the bias following the ‘roman stripes’ pattern from Barbara Walker’s book. The width and length can be adapted easily. The pattern has not been tested or tech edited so please send me emails if you have any questions or find any errors.

I would love to see how this pattern looks in fingering weight, or lace weight wool! I am not sure cotton is the best yarn to use, because the weight of cotton closes the bloom of the pattern.
