This pattern was made for the very beginner with sock knitting. It is a very easy knitting pattern with a slip stitch heel flap, gusset, longer cuff and kitchener stitch toe. I used some Christmas yarn for these socks and they are so soft and comfortable especially for not being a tighter sock and in a slightly bigger needle than some other sock patterns and if your feet sometimes swell like mine do.

The yarn for this is from etsy and it is by Tulip Tree Yarns in their “Christmas at Fraser Ridge”. It was a Christmas Outlander inspired yarn that I will link her shop below.

The gauge on this is 8 sts x 10 rows= 1”, which allows for maximum customization. It is done on a US Size 2 (2.75 mm) and you only need either a 32” circular or a set of DPNs, stitch markers and a darning needle. I also include some links in this pattern so that you may use the type of CO and yarn that I did.

I only used 1 skein of fingering weight yarn but if you choose to go longer or shorter, that could determine how many skeins you will need.

I hope everyone enjoys this pattern as much as I loved creating it and thank you for supporting my designing dreams!
