The phrase “ We’re not playing for sheep “ is used to encourage participants to play in a friendly manner and encourage others to join in. It denotes that it is not a large and intimidating task that is ahead of you. It is just sock knitting, we’re not playing for sheep. Enjoy them.

These socks are done in sport weight yarn with a small pattern that will keep one’s attention but not intimidate newer sock knitters.

In 2 sizes Medium and Large. There are 2 charts, one for the right sock and one for the left sock, so that they will mirror each other. This is only an option. You can stick to one chart.
