I have used different yarns and different sizes on the knitting needles.
You can easily change some rows in the chart to make the foot longer. The chart is divisible in 12.
The socks will fit all different sizes.
I have made patterns for stitch number 48,60,72 & 84.
The description includes all sizes though you’ll have to change depending on what yarn and knitting needles you are using.
Stitch number 48 will fit a children’s foot in a thinner yarn and a woman’s foot in a thicker yarn.
The yarns i have been using is called “Regia socks yarn” and “Qualitas”
The knitting needles in number 2,5 mm.
Homespun Mohair 100 grams/300 meters
Needles in number 3 mm
Homespun Rya 100 grams/200 meters
Needles in number 3,5 or 4 mm
Would you like to make a pair of longer socks, make a ribbing before you come to the heel, otherwise it will be difficult to put on and wear the socks.
It was truly enjoyable to make these fishes
