Pattern Notes

  • This afghan is a series of seven panels with seven color-change sections in each panel.
  • Use two strands of yarn held together unless otherwise directed.
  • You will be changing colors throughout each panel. When changing colors, leave 2 lps of last color on hook, pull next color through the last 2 lps. Always keep dropped color to the back of the work on each row.
  • The pattern stitch used throughout the afghan is a simple “up and down” stitch made up of sc, dc, sc, dc, etc. Work in pattern stitch unless instructed otherwise.
