  • The Uncommon Thread Posh DK 70% superwash Bluefaced Leicester wool, 20% silk, 10% cashmere; 250 yds/230m per 115g skein: 1 skein or
  • Approx 250 yds/230m DK/ light worsted weight yarn

GAUGE
24 sts and 36 rnds = 4”/10cm in Pointed Firs pattern using larger needle (blocked).

NEEDLES and NOTIONS

  • US sizes 5/ 3.75mm and 6/ 4mm 16” circular needles and US size 6/4mm dpns or size needed to obtain gauge and one size smaller
  • 2 Buttons or preferred closure

CONSTRUCTION
The rim is knit flat, then the hat is knit in the round from the rim up.
