A beautiful tee or sweater – the perfect garment for transitioning between the seasons. A top down, seamless sweater with a stunning lace design. I started knitting the t-shirt version in the summer, and after a cold snap I was inspired to add longer sleeves. It looks great either way!

Knitted from the top down, we work an ingenious lace pattern which incorporates the increases for the yoke. We then add short rows before we separate sleeves and body for the perfect fit. We knit down to the hem working another lace pattern as we go. Then there’s the tough decision of whether to knit short sleeves or long sleeves – or do like I did and keep the short sleeves while the weather’s hot then change them when Autumn’s on the way! We recently moved to the Pollokshaws area of Glasgow and are absolutely loving it – I think we’ve finally found our “forever home”!

The photo shows the 32” sweater on a model with 34” chest.
