Potomac Cowl is an original design by Tanis Gray @TanisKnits for Biscotte Yarns. Cowl is started with a provisional cast on, then worked in the round from the bottom up. Work in then tucked into itself with WS facing and ends kitchenered together. The result is a lined, fluffy cowl for extra comfort!
