The stitch is called FEATHER STITCH, but the lamp is made the same way as the other lamp Sundown by Zlata Tomikj .

You just need to make your wooden construction or you can buy wire construction and then proceed with measuring the width of the lamp and cast on the necessary stitches from the pattern .
